To All Of Our Clients; UPDATED 5/2/2020
From all of us at Lake Geneva Wellness Clinic, LLC we want to thank you for your support of our business during this time! May is MENTAL HEALTH MONTH! So let’s celebrate by taking good care of our mental health. Our providers are here to help you. Please contact our office to set up an appointment in-person or virtually.
In an effort to best serve everyone and to follow the recommendations of the CDC, some providers are moving to telehealth starting April 1st. At this time all providers plan on returning to in office sessions May 1st depending on need and recommendations from the CDC. Providers offering telehealth will do so until the restrictions are lifted. To meet this challenge our office staff are checking phones and email daily. We have a facebook page up and running. The link is:
Starting May 4th - all providers have chosen 1 “in office day”. We want everyone to be as safe as possible, as we return to seeing clients in office (starting May 4th). We ask that if you are symptomatic, or think you have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home and reschedule or see your provider through telehealth. Also if you have a mask please wear it to your appointment. At this time we are only allowing people participating in the scheduled session to come into the clinic. Children who are scheduled may be accompanied by one guardian (unless a family session is scheduled).
You may notice that we have online therapy offered in our pull down menu. Scheduling from there is disabled in order to avoid scheduling errors. If you wish to engage in telehealth services during the COVID - 19 emergency please contact our office during business hours by email or by phone in order to set up a session.
You can contact us at 262-248-7942 and through email at [email protected], to ask questions about scheduling or to let us know cancellations. Please do not use email to disclose any personal information that would be best handled by your counselor.
Alfred Adler once said "follow your heart but take your brain with you." In these times it is important to remember to breathe, take a break from the news, and look for the good. Let us use our brains to calm some of the concern we feel so that we keep doing the next right thing. We will get through this together. Our office is only a phone call or email away. If you have questions ask. We got this and, as always, please remember you matter! We look forward to hearing from you.
